what I would like to see happen today to upset the apple cart of the CFB FF playoffs. These five games just for fun and S&G's. And bragging rights as best picker on the day.
KSU vs TCU - Wildcats chew up the Horn frogs and knock them out of the FF??? Um, Texas would declare was on KS
LSU vs UGA - Tigers maul the Dogs but does that have any impact??? None likely...but what to do with LSU then?
Pur vs Michigan - The boilers make the wolverines look like drunken boilermakers in quite the upset. OSU goes. Yes please. But again, Mich would likely still advance...but what about Purdue?
UCF vs Tulane - Ain't enough Green in that Wave for this to happen or make any sense. But, what to do with Tulane if they pull the win?
CU vs UNC - Mack's team smacks Dabo in the you know, for a 2nd year of CU with 3, count um 3 losses on the year! Does UNC then get any FF rub? I highly doubt it...but CU's worth takes a beating again.
Today just to play Devil's Advocate. I hope all the undefeated team lose....pissing on all the projected front running FF teams the pundits have in already.
Don't say it can't happen...look at one loss USC being soundly beaten by Utah...and what to do with them. It would be awesome to have an also ran 2-3 loss teams and or Conf Champs have their own damn FF. Tenn, PSU, Utah, and maybe Tulane, UNC, LSU, UCF, CU or UNC, KSU and 4 loss Purdue if they upset MIchigan today would be an interesting group of teams to pull from for this.
That sure could make things interesting for the FF Committee and Bowl game matchups. WTH, the suspense and drama would make this cold Saturday a very interesting CFB watch day for me and you other fanatics.
