This is awesome and most of us love it, but just reminds me how there's ZERO chance MB would ever have a guy like that on his staff.
First thing he would've done when the team returned from UF would've been ripping out theyre Fancy built in phone chargers and coffee cup holders from their pretty little new ventilated lockers.

Sounds like a true stoops apologist. People want wins. Not beating spreads on the road. No such thing as moral victories unless you're a die hard stoops apologists (yourself).
Love a coach who says it like it is and doesn't try sugar coating a bad situation. Hope he gets their attention and turns things around with his team with the attitude he shows. I like tougher coaches and agree with Leach on how we have developed an attitude in our country where everyone gets a trophy and all are happy. BS with those kinds of thoughts, I prefer winning.
Yep, and at least he's saying it and saying his team will now pay the price each and every day in practice. What have we been hearing from Stoops regarding his teams poor efforts?
That is awesome that is something I would like to hear from stoops etc.. Stoops makes excuses and goes so soft on players. Football isnt a game for the soft and the weak hearted. THE WHOLE FOOTBALL TEAM NEEDS TO GO INTO THEIR ROOMS SHUT OFF THE LIGHTS,TURN OFF THE RADIOS,TURN OFF THE TV,CUT THE WIFI CONNECTION ,CLOSE THEIR EYES AND FIND THEIR SOUL!!
I don't think a coach could be any more different than Stoopsy. No coaching cliches about "getting back to work".
He sounds more knowledgable during a rant, than mark stoops has in all his press conferences.

That is the definition of "Accountability" . In fact, it should be the same speech that Mitch delivers to the press when he announces his search for the next UK head coach. Word for word.
Love Mike Leach. We need him here. I've been saying it since Rich retired. He may not win huge here, but he'd win consistent and every once in a while surprise us with a big season. My guess is that he is a guy who could average 6 or 7 wins here every season and every once in a while sneak in an 8 or 9 win or even better season.
