according to Stark Vegas Newspaper, the Bulldogs will be out 3 starters with injuries on Saturday.
That should improve our chances to some degree..

"Running back Brandon Holloway and free safety Kivon Coman both missed the trip to Provo due to undisclosed injuries, and sophomore right guard Deion Calhoun had to leave the game in the first half with a sprained left ankle.

Coach Dan Mullen listed all three players as questionable for this week’s game against the Wildcats but stated that he didn’t feel great about any of their chances to play.

Mullen was the most optimistic about Calhoun’s chances, saying it would be easier for an offensive lineman to play with that injury than a skill player but would have to wait and see as the week progresses."

- Good for us, but I wouldn't count them out just yet.

Well hopefully UK doesn't create an all American for them on Saturday.
We must get after their QB,I can see him turning broken plays into something for them.He doesn't have blazing speed but he can get to the edge and hurt us if we don't contain him,he is a lot like Towles(size and enough speed to make plays with his legs

from what I've seen of the guy he is speed wise a lot like Towles....and that is only effective straight ahead. I wish he spends his time trying to go east-west in the backfield, we will eat State alive with tackles for losses. the worry is the right up the middle off tackle draws and scrambles, that is where he can kill us.

A good point, lately we have defended the edge pretty well,he is a big strong kid but one we should be able to prepare to defend. We have had plenty of time to get ready they should not be able to surprise us with much

Hmmm. Questionable to play. Its rare we face a team down so many starters but it is getting to that attrition point of the season. Lets hope we take advantage.

What does that mean? If we lose, you can get on here and talk about our team & coach?

Kentucky loses the game they are 100% eliminated from Bowl consideration in reality. So yeah for most of us there really is no excuse to lose this game after the Southern Miss game we can only take so much.

No they're not... I can see UK beating Georgia, Mizz, and Austin Peay just as well as Miss. State.. I'll take a home game with Georgia, than an away game at Mizz... I think this team is running the ball so well, and the defense has improved so much, that I see us in every game this year...

Big game this weekend for both teams. State has a mean streak a mile wide, and it seems Kentucky is finding one.

I expect an ugly football game. It'll be a lot prettier If the Cats get a win.

24-17 win. Wrote it down. Do we dare get greedy and think we can win7 maybe 8 games? Louisville has peaked. Start thinking that, that game is not unrealistic

WE are without players ourselves, you can bet they've developed depth that we can't take for granite. In this league you're all starters, line up and play every down like it's you're last; because it could be!!!

The loss of Holloway and Coman is welcome news to the Bulldog faithfulness who have been calling for their backups for weeks now.

Calhoun - on the other hand is their best o-lineman.

UK getting all the breaks in this one. No excuses.

Right because KY hasn't lost any starters

Drew Barker Starting QB
Jason Hatcher starting LB
Regie Meant starting DT
West Starting S
Plus two back up LBs who were lost for the season recently.

Amazing how anyone could assume beating MSU would be anything other then an upset.

If we can't beat Miss State, we probably can't beat Mizz and Georgia.

Yeah but UK just has to replace bad players with other bad players. State has to replace good players, so harder for them to adjust. UK is going to lose by 14-17 though

I think you underestimate how good the cats are playing, don't you think?
