I don't see how Savone Tutt from Pamlico county is not recognized for his play. 369 yards rushing on 19 carrys. 527 all purpose yards. 9 touchdowns. Scored 60 pts. Both of those broke State records of Donnie Davis and Johnny Fasier . Davis record was from 1960. He also had 7 tackles with one for a loss. Amazing feats regardless of the competition.

I guess there are more style points in beating defending state champion Reidsville than the steak-less sizzle that is Riverside.
Plenty of love for everyone. Savone was named NCHSAA Performance of the Week in Football.
The kid from Swansboro had a big game as well. Coaches have to nominate the players as stated in the article each and every week. No way of knowing how every kid performs in this state.
We have lopsided games every week in each division but a record stood for 59 years. But now there is a new one. Glad the NCHSAA recognized him.
