Chop block puts North back at the 47. Run stuffed, then sack brings out the punt team. Delay of game, North has a less than impressive punt and Parkland takes over at own 35 with 6:16 left.
QB is a magician, should have been sacked but completes pass to own 32. Pass incomplete by a hair, Parkland punts.

Yep - That senior class was exceptional, with several kids who played varsity as freshmen in 4A ball. And then the playoff draw was as good as I have ever seen. All the stars were aligned.
A good game. Just wish I would of sat on Parkland side. ND crowd complains way too much. I forgot my headphones. So that’s my fault. Parkland killed themselves so many times. Penalties, bad snaps, and cramps. Couldn’t keep their play makers on the field long enough. Should of won by more. North will be a fine team. Seems like the game plan is to run the ball as much as possible. Passing game is very weak. Parkland defense is pretty stiff. North defense wasn’t bad. Asking your secondary a lot to cover a WR for 10 seconds, while QB scrambles around. Speed kills. They want see a QB like #3 maybe until late round of playoffs.
You’ve made a very astute observation. I’ve said it before in some other posts, but I might as well say it again... “No one beats North Davidson. It’s always some outside factor”. Refs, unsportsmanlike opponent, etc. etc. It’s so predictable that it is kind of a joke at this point.
Yes, I’ve even heard that “the other team hits too hard”.
It isn’t the majority of the fans... but it is as hard as hell to avoid the ones who are the problem. They spread out.
Well no doubt Parkland has improved from the gutter trash they were. Better team last night, good on them.
As for North, the good news is you always want a real challenge your first game, they got it and plenty of room for growth and improvement. Discipline boys.

I've never heard that one, but I've heard a lot of the other stuff over the years. I just assumed that most other fan bases that bring in a lot of people have their share of those people also. You always have the '4 year fans'; the ones that only come to the games while their kid is in school and have very little knowledge of the game..
Yea I remember you constantly calling Parkland trash and spit on the side of the road back when they struggled Congrats to Parkland they are great kids and time for you to grow up.
