I have a lot of friends who are fans of ND, and they wanted a new coach last year, i can't wait to hear them tonite....lol
They've been pretty terrible for a while now. Other than the cinderalla run in 2012, Kelly hasn't done much.
You know, you see Notre Dame and Texas and USC and others be so mediocre and it puts into perspective just how hard it is to win big.
It's not facilities or money or fan support or in state talent or an AD who makes football a priority or refusing to accept mediocrity or any of that jazz our fans love to rant and rave about--it's just hard to put together a great staff, recruit great players, coach them up, call the right plays, and beat other teams who are all spending a ton of time and money trying to do the same thing.
