It will be interesting to see. Oklahoma State always seems to lose to Oklahoma. So if that holds up:

Does a 1-loss SEC team remain ahead of undefeateds like Boise State, Clemson, and Stanford?

Does a 1-loss SEC team stay ahead of a 1-loss Big 12 Team

but as other posters have said I don't think NCAA changed rule for two teams in Championship from same conference. Boise is a great one game team except Air Force gave them hell yesterday. They would have to have many two loss teams to even
have a chance. Stanford is the team I believe will be in the BCS vs SEC Champ. Heisman winner vs SEC (bama / tiger) def.

Could make for a interesting match up...
