Sorry, but I do not understand the meaning of "OFFICIAL" Offer? I do not see ALL of our current commitments listed as getting one? HUH? Could someone explain what is happening today that has not been in effect for this entire recruiting cycle?

Schools are not permitted to make a "written" offer until August 1 of a prospect's senior year. Another silly NCAA rule.

Schools can't release that type of info so we have to work on getting it other ways, which we will.
