Short story.....had 3 layers of roof removed and re-roofed. Little did I know the debris clogged my attic condensation line making a clog and resulting in my old plaster ceiling caving in the middle of the night. I immediately hired a water damage contractor and he replaced the damaged ceiling along with painting. Spent a week in a crappy motel with my dogs. Claim filed 8/15 and they say they need more time to process claim..........any experts have an opinion?
