Well that must have been pretty close as I am exactly 17 miles northwest of Trenton just outside of Hopewell. same for @Rutgers Chris and Classof02.
Yep close call, eh? Remember to bring your umbrella in the event of meteor showers.
I feel like a life-event magnet. On the Pier in SF during the Quake of 89 and saw a piece of the Bay Bridge collapse, just happened to be a couple of miles from where the China balloon came down and saw that. (and I saw Rutgers make and win a bowl game lol) . Now friggin stuff falling from the sky lol. (I'm sure many folks have their own stories).
It hit 32 miles west of my location. A fraction of a second and who knows,lol.

Not only is the meteorite valuable, whatever it hits becomes a collector's item.

I wonder what they"ll get for it and how best to sell it. Maybe a display with chunks of teh roof, ceiling and floor? Maybe selling slices of it? Wonder if it is mostly iron and if that affects the price (down) from other materials. Ahh.. I see BellyFull~ found a link.
Could be worth a lot of money , some of these rocks could help scientists in many ways.
