OT: Will Rutgers still require an ineffective and no longer avail vaccine for Fall 2023?

10X among 18-23 year olds? And I assume they will make the vaccine available for those who want it.

And I also assume they will offer a vaccine that is effective and available so the thread title will be inaccurate.
