Our RB's are the best duo in the country. Here's Why:

Love our guys, but it's hard to top Guice and Fournette or Auburn's backfield with Pettway and Kerryon Johnson, but we've definitely got something special going with those guys right now..aren't many better duos in the nation..nice little thunder and lightning approach with Boom and Benny..also hard to overlook the studs that Georgia has in their backfield with Chubb and Sony Michel..those guys are absolute studs and will be making millions in the NFL

To be fair Fournette has been out literally half the season.

Also both LSU backs average 8 yards a carry which is crazy. Our backs arent LSU good. And our backs have the chunk of their numbers vs bad opponents.

We can spin it however we want, but LSU has a better 1-2 punch than UK at RB and youll never convince anyone outside of UK otherwise. And even most UK fans know this to be true. 8 yards a carry for 2 backs in the SEC is crazy.

UK's 2 backs have had a combined 227 carries for 1482 yards. Thats 6.5 yds a carry.

LSU's 2 backs have had a combined 161 carries for 1291 yds. Thats about 8.1 yards a carry.

Kentucky has run it wayyyyy more than LSU. Its easy to have more yards when your backs have 66 more carries.

LSU's backs are better and its not very close. We have one heck of a backfield but we arent Fournette standards yet.

All the gnashing of teeth over Damien Harris dissing UK but I wouldn't trade snell to bama for Harris today. I'm glad we have snell and I also believe his running style has helped boom revamp his style somewhat. Boom ran the ball on Saturday the best I have ever seen him run. Hitting the hole is one thing but getting the tough yards after contact is another and something boom has not been the best at but last Saturday was different for boom in that sense.

Let's see what happens v UGA.
If these two gash the Dawgs for 200 or more yds combined and lead UK to the winners circle; IMHO they are the best duo in America.

We probably don't have the best RB duo in the Stoops family right now (Perine and Mixon are studs), but they're certainly the best we've had in quite some time.

Best 1-2 rushing attack we've had since ... Moe and Billy Jack in 1995? The Fightin' Uzelacs!
