We didn’t want to score too much. If we had, the THS home side would have emptied as soon as the 50/50 number was called. We wanted to give you a little shred of hope that you could come back, so you would have to sit in the stands to the bitter end.
Actually, I was pleased at how the Pisgah offense played, considering we had to move a wide receiver to running back, and we unveiled some new offensive sets for the first time this season. Should have scored at least 1-2 more TDs

NB will definitely be better prepared this year, since they have added Ben Rhodarmer to the staff
It doesn't matter who they add to their staff. They will not beat us. For some reason they do, I will not post ever again! But for now, let's just focus on Enka!
New offensive sets you say?? Sounds a lot like what we should of done our first two games.lol.Cause these sets we got now wouldn't work in youth league.
Biggest thing I noticed was even though tuscola had a significant size advantage on the line they were pushed around most of the night all but a few plays. Idk that different looks on either side of the ball are gonna help
Avery is supposedly good this year but I can assure you NB will be gunning for y'all as much as we were because there is a couple of Pisgah alumni driving the train and they are for real. Tuscola will have to bring their A game in that one or it will be nasty.
North Buncome and Ol' Red will run all over Little T. They have a couple of very good backs! And, they don't run the same 3 plays with those guys every time either. Lol. Y'all need to be worrying about Enka now (can't believe I actually just said that) and try to pull something out of your *** before next Friday or you will be 0-3. Misinterpretation, gotta really admire your optimism and loyalty! But, c'mon man... It's ridiculous that a coach is on here undercover trolling or Kevin Durant'ing or whatever you're doing because there's no way that anyone can view that current staff the way you do without being a part of it. I believe there's a little history of someone doing this before from there...
Depends on perspective on that but I promise you from seeing NB live that are more physical than us and y'all couldn't even handle us. They are geared towards smash mouth football and with what I seen last night with discipline on Ts side, they will beat the brakes off you guys. No dog in that race just stating facts.
Poking at Mr misinterpretation... You guys had some athletic kids on the field last night and Thursday... Same 3 or 4 plays won't cut it
Tuscola of old is gone guys. Mountie pride is over and done. Might as well accept being Pisgahs whipping boy. We are witnessing an end to an era.

We love to beat THS, but It is sad for the THS kids. They deserve better from their coaching staff
Something miraculous will have to happen for it to end next year, we will be senior heavy and our JVs are packing the wagon and bringing up the rear with ammunition. Statistically, I see it as a long black and red train.
Taking into consideration Pisgah's current juniors such as Levi Cagle, Devin Dodgin, Cain Early, Korey Griffith, Warner Mull, Neyland Walker, Kain Fortney, and a couple of others along with a very talented JV team which just whipped Tuscola in the same fashion, I'd say the future looks bright against that other team from Haywood Co. for several years to come. The all time streak may get broken before it's over.

Eric Robinson is a senior this year but your correct there is about two or three starters not mentioned...
Eh, my bad. Maxpreps has him listed as a Junior and sorry for not listing the entire junior roster for ya! Lol.

Getting rid of postell is not going to help. They will just give the job to the new AD and he wouldn't be any better. They are lazy and spineless. That is just the truth.
You may be right but this cannot continue, do you want to keep him and assume it will be better next year, no thanks here! This is as bad as the BA years, actually worse statistically.
I agree. He has to go. We have had the opportunities to get good coaches but they've screwed it up every time. This last time they let a petition signed by the players make their decision. How did that work out for them?

Just want to say proud of the Bears! Played with a lot of intensity and heart. May not have shown the dominance on the scoreboard but the stats tell the story. Kory was on point with most of his passes. Then when tuscola had to throw, Pisgah unleashed Mr. Mull on the qb.
Paint it anyway you want, everyone at the game knows the score should've been 28-0. Miscues by the Bears cost em. The Pisgah coaching staff showed some class in the 4th and decided not to score, even tho the crowd wanted them to.
Oh btw NB will beat tuscola. Enka just might too.

. NFL we're not. You might be a little over zealous with that. Ours boys were ready for it. I don't think Tuscolas kids were. The same plays over and over were not effective.(Thursday either ) A petition signed by players and the boosters is not how you hire a coach. Tuscolas principal better get his head out of his behind real quick.(Doubtful that he will). The buddy system isn't gonna work on the hill. Tuscola had the athletes Friday night they did not have anybody to lead them.

No one on this board picked Pisgah to win by 14 or more.Ball control wins football games. Pisgah had the ball for 35 minutes.I'm no coach but if your playing someone that can't even get a first down you don't throw the ball if you don't have too, you run the clock and our coaches did that to perfection. Buy your remarks you proved who has no class.
