On the reason for the arrest, Crayk said, “It looks like this female respondent — that's what they are called in an immigration court — did not show at an immigration hearing, so it was a removal in absentia, which means there was a deportation order that took place. When that happens, you have a certain amount of time to file an appeal, and I don't know if there's been an appeal filed.”

"Permanently" lol. Who does the Judge think they are?

These judges either think they are more powerful than the President or hate him so much that they don’t care if they are using the law as a weapon to punish him. Maybe both.

In the end these judges are always overruled, but it sucks the administration has to continually fight them, and even more sad that Congress doesn’t impeach these judges who are granting themselves power they know they don’t have.

Halloween is not what it used to be. I rarely see smashed pumpkins, toilet paper trees or egged houses. Wimps.

Best Halloween candy? Snickers.

Best Halloween candy...

Fell in love with a "candy striper" nurse assigned to me when I was hospitalized as a teenager after an accident. It was a wonderful 3 days (other than the pain, vomiting, and food)

And officers should be able to pelt anyone throwing bricks at them with a combination of rubber bullets and pepper spray. And that’s if they are feeling nice.
Forget the rubber bullets and pepper spray. If they’re hurling bricks, I consider that a deadly weapon that could certainly inflict lethal harm. Respond with live ammo in self defense.

Same. Taking it easy on criminals is the slow poison that has killed the justice system in this country and made the executive branch so ineffective and even vulnerable on so many levels.

“New York and California would go completely BANKRUPT without the massive fraudulent [Medicaid] payments that go to those states for illegals.” “They were giving out debit cards for $10K.”

“They wouldn’t be able to balance the state budgets and they can’t issue currency like the Federal Reserve can!” “The scam level here is so STAGGERING.”

“There is hundreds of billions of dollars of transfer payments from the federal government to the states. Those states self-report what those transfer payments should be. So California, New York, and Illinois lie like crazy and say these are all legitimate payments.“

Any doubt covid money went that direction as well, and is why the KY govt hadn't disbursed much covid aid to citizens in need before the end of 2020? Now they're needing to repay a bunch of it, because it appears it wasn't used properly. Just wondering out loud if that is part of the reason why

No doubt with the way our court systems are, if she had followed the law and appeared in court she would most probably been allowed to stay and would have been given a chance to become a citizen by now if she had applied for it and had taken the test. I believe 20 years is long enough of a chance for her to get it done.

There should be a law or regulation that clearly states that if any federal judge overrules a decision made by the sitting president, and then that decision is overturned by the Supreme Court on appeal , that judge should be removed and barred from office for life.
