Breaking news!

Mark Stoops did NOT eat dinner at The Cellar Bar & Grill in Lexington tonight. He almost always doesn't eat here.

This is not a rumor. I heard it first hand from a friend who was there for the Steelers loss to the Bills. Take it to the bank. It's a done deal that Stoops isn't eating their delicious Buffalo Chicken Sandwich or sliders right now.

What a POS

WELKER: That's a lot of burden on the troops to make a decision in real-time...

KELLY: A reasonable person can tell what's legal and illegal.

WELKER: So would YOU refuse these orders to strike drug boats?

KELLY: Well, the, the difference between the initial strike and what's being reported as a second strike, those are different...they've tied themselves in knots..[non-answer].

He’s talking about removing Maduro from power in Venezuela IMO.

A lot of our election problems are coming from there, and they all benefit the Democrats…

While theyre at it, make it a federal felony and grounds for immediate removal from govt positions and eligibility for future govt employment for anyone fudging, deleting, or destroying data for federal programs.
No need…as the law is already on the books. Much like I’ve been saying for years on illegal immigration…all you gotta do is enforce the laws that are already in place. In this particular case they need to go scorched earth & set an example by prosecuting to the maximum extent on every single count.

18 U.S.C. § 1001
  • This statute makes it a crime to knowingly and willfully falsify, conceal, or cover up a material fact, or to make a false statement or use a false document in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branches of the U.S. government.
  • Penalties: A conviction under this statute can result in a fine and/or imprisonment for up to five years.
  • Increased penalties: The penalty can increase to eight years in prison if the offense involves international or domestic terrorism.

Some Kentucky fans want Stein or Chesney or Mullen...

My favorite candidate is Anyone Not Named Mark Stoops.

I will accept the OC at Arkansas St (no idea who it is)

The OC at Wyoming (no idea who it is)

The DC at New Mexico....make up a name.

It doesn't matter, just please get this fatass out of town. He said the other day he was a Kentuckian now, bullsh-t. If we pay him that buyout money he probably won't ever set foot in this state again. Only people that will miss him in KY will be bartenders and restaurant owners.

(also that is a parody account you posted)

The law is on the books, but the penalties are no where near stiff enough, and are not even prosecuted. Guess they also need to add that the DOJ is liable along with any investigative agencies for not prosecuting these known crimes.

I disagree with you on the penalties. You prosecute everyone involved & go max sentence of 5 years in prison plus max fines for each count and 8 years for each count where that applies…that would be a sufficient deterrent.

Except it never has been ... because it's not been pursued for decades, and that's because it doesn't move the needle in terms of headlines, and the establishment is too incestuous.

You have to make the penalties greater when no one is afraid to abuse their positions. That allows you to prosecute fewer and still send the message. Congress must also move up the timeline for such prosecutions, perhaps by establishing a separate court, so that they aren't swept away by a change in leadership.

Military court would be the best way to handle them, and make them not just simple felonies but treason because they were done while serving this country.
