This has always bothered me ... so much stagnant offensive play-calling. Coach Philips was probably the most extreme example. The last coach (besides Gran) I knew that truly tailored his offense to the players instead of trying to fit the players into a rigid offense was Urban Meyer. Hated that guy, but really appreciated how he adapted his scheme to the players he had.
I always thought that players (WRs) should learn all positions instead of just x y or z and be able to excel at each position because of it.
Now we need to find an absolutely top notch OL coach (along with all of the others .... lol )
It doesn't fit his agenda.

Just love the Stein hire. A guy who knows how to coach an offense was the right pick. A couple questions I have is how will he recruit and will he call the plays no matter who the OC will be?
But the guy produces a high level offense. Bad games happen to everybody but we probably won't see many 41-0 kind of losses with Stein much at all.
Would like to see Boley get a shot in this offense but even if not...Stein should be able to find a nice QB from the portal.

Just remember Shapiro was state AG when a friend's son fiance was found in their apartment with dozens of stab wounds, many to the back of her head and neck including the fatal ones and it was ruled a suicide.
