If we take care of business next weekend against Missouri (and I believe we will) this game is setting up to have the potential of a big time college football atmosphere. I'm certain that AL/LSU game will be the CBS 3:30 game and most likely the FL/ARK game will be the 7:30 SEC game. My guess is a noon or 6:00 game. Thoughts?

Assuming we take care of Mizzou, I predict the prime time spot on ESPN @ 6pm CDT.

I hope you are correct...6:00pm games are my favorite times. The Missouri game won't have any bearing on the game time...it will be published tomorrow.

The little doggies always like to play at Noon and think since they won the national championship in 1980 it is their right to determine when they play. I will be shocked if it is anytime other than Noon.

Hard to say looking at schedule. Could see us at six on ESPN/ESPN 2 then either state or other game in central time zone after us at 915. Noon on ESPN is possible along with the sec network prime time game. A lot of interesting games this week on slate.

LSU-Bama is CBS' one prime time game this year. That is already set. The others are TBD and will be announced a week from today.

Looking at the schedule, it's a very good slate on that day. My prediction (assuming that UF beats UGA in the cocktail party):

UF-Arky: CBS daytime
A&M-MSU: ESPN primetime
UGA-UK: ESPN2 primetime
Vandy-AU: 4 PM SEC
Mizzou-SC: Noon SEC

We should find out today, this could be the week they take the extension on U.K. Game and decide next Saturday or Sunday. I look for either a 6pm ESPN game (followed by a a&m/may game at 915. Or noon again on ESPN. But look to be on national stage again.

UK/UGA isn't going to be on CBS.

UGA is awful. They lost to Vandy...at home.
plus the way we dogged the ratings on CBS against Florida will probably have them not picking us again as long as contractually allowed

Good point. It's entirely dependent on UGA/UF game. TV likes brand names and high rankings. If UGA beats UF, then they'll want to feature UGA in a better game slot the following week.

this is the time of year when you start to see conferences and networks invoke the dreaded "six day option" - gives them the Sat slate of games to then decide who and when to air
