I was going to get my daughter a new HD Kindle anyways. So I saved 80 bucks and got it today. Ordered it at noon and already got the shipping confirmation.

They had better stuff than last year, but still not living up to all the hype.

For those cutting the cord, the Fire TV is about $33 off the normal price and the Fire stick, with voice remote is about $25 cheaper than normal.

You have to be careful on these, google the product and see if it is really a good deal or not. There was one laptop that was "originally 800 but now 300" but when you looked at it, it was old specs and you could get it for around the same price at other retailers. IMO there were some decent deals but it was mostly their own stuff (kindles and fire sticks) but it was mostly like Khols or JC Pennys marketing show a higher price but tell the customer they're getting a great deal.

At least they didn't run out of everything decent in 3 minutes like last year.
