Coming from 3A Jville as an asst. he saw and knows what it takes to be a good program, and to beat SWO..
Question is will he have the same quality players as he is used to .... All indications are he wont, from the start anyway. They usually have a pretty lineup of teams to start the season so it will be evident real soon.

Not at all, never heard his name or spoke to the man. Just heard some big names being thrown around and you land on this.....
Good luck to Coach Byrd at Richlands!!! If they will let him run his own team, he will do very well up there.
