But I think that's the best we could hope for right now. It's not Memphis and it's not Birmingham. Not sure how reliable a site that picks SMU in the Liberty is though. They're the 5th most likely team to win CUSA, behind Houston, Tulsa, USM and East Carolina.

No SEC team in the VBVA compass bowl, 2 SEC in BCS, which means he predicts 9 SEC teams in bowls.
He's got UT in a worse bowl than us, and Vandy not bowl eligible, which means Vandy losing to UT and Wake Forest.
I see it differently. Assuming all 3 teams in question beat UK, and we beat ole miss, The winner of the Vandy/UT game has a bigger 2nd SEC win under its belt than we do, and gets the Music City bowl. Hell, if Vandy beats Wake after losing to UT, I could easily see us in the VBVA Compass.
