Then I'll continue to not attend. I'm not taking off work for a glorified practice during the week.
Agree - I never missed the spring game and would always tailgate for it when it was on a Saturday. Since they moved it off of Saturday, I haven't been going. Hopefully, this will stick and it will be a nice day for the fans.

I assume the game will be at night after the Rutgers Day festivities?
It was usually held around 3 to 4pm. We'd go to Cook early for the farm festivities and then head over to the stadium to watch for an hour or so. Wives usually stayed in the parking lot and tailgated to watch the dogs.

They loved it, as they got to gab(talk about us most likely and probably not in a good way) and all the husbands became designated drivers. Made for a really long day and a day of recovery, but a really fun one.

Let's just hope this doesn't get changed at the last minute to satisfy some programming vagary for the BTN.

They might want to get the strike settled before RU Day. If they don't, idk how on Earth they can have Rutgers Day go on. Spring Game wouldn't be affected though.

Greg going back to the old playbook to drum up excitement. I always said, it was a stupid move to move it away from Ag Field Day. People are already on campus and the short drive to the stadium is a breeze.
He could drum up excitement by having an offense that scores points instead of one that's the opening act for the punter.

Might be regretting that move this year as it's going to pour all weekend when he could've easily had the Spring Game in perfect weather last weekend.

Never liked the move to Ag Field Day (sorry Cook grad). We always go very early and never stay past 1 or 2pm.

So now we are sacking our coach because he could not predict the weather being nice for the Spring game?
