"He was benched after committing two early penalties and was reportedly disinterested for the remainder of the game, talking to fans and eating on the sidelines."

He fits perfectly for Alabama then.... He and Cam Robinson are new roommates.

I totally respect his HS coach for that action but it will probably have no bearing on his offer to Alabama. He will likely get his shot to play for the Tide but if he pulls that crap in Tuscaloosa he will never see the field and AL won't won't miss him a bit.

Peace

Linked through to the local paper story. Turns out the kid took his Bama official this weekend, apparently right after getting the boot? I guess Nicholas figures he can make a man out of him. Good luck.

Sounds like an immature kid being an immatur ekid. If he was kicked off there was likely more issues before this. All likely maturity related. A cumulative effect so to speak. Kids success has gone to his head. Coaches doing things he doesnt like. Mom and dad likely on kids side (happens all to often). No need to comply at this point as he has a full ride to Bama that wont be pulled so you get actions like this. And even if said offer is pulled how many more schools line up to sign him? My guess is not just the one up the road from us.
