It's not TDS. TDS assumes you're not acting rationally. He's a horrible guy, in every phase of his life. He's done, and is continuing to do, irreparable harm to this nation. It's quite rational to speak up against him and his Reich.
The concept of "TDS" came to be when his supporters couldn't rationally justify backing him ... so, they just said "you're crazy! you're obsessed!" when they couldn't rebut one of the many correct criticisms of him. When they can make a cogent argument, they do. When they can't, but aren't "man" enough to admit it, they just scream "TDS!"
