No. It didn't.

For an actual example of that, see EKU last year.

There are no moral victories when you are a 3 point dog, and no moral losses when you are a 3 point favorite.

Well I don't know who your are, but that win looked terrible to me. Look, I get it. A win is a win. But do you really come away from that feeling at all more confident than going into the game?

Neither more nor less, based on overall performance. More, in the sense that we usually lose games like this.
