No doubt that Rick will get his boys up for this game and no doubt that they will play a lil' bit harder for him against us. With that being said, if Mountain Heritage couldn't score on us then I don't see Smoky doing a whole lot of it. They seem to be pretty one dimensional from what I've read with their big ol' back Frady. They're going to need a lot more than a straight ahead running attack against this bears D.

I personally never thought the Bears stunk or would lose by 28, as I've said before the game it was one I liked to see because I thought it was going to be a good game.
Sometimes it not you think another team is bad as much as the other team.is just really good.
And knowing no more then I know about Smoking Mtn and Pisgah outside of some comments on here and scores and stats it looks like this may be another good game.

Frady has almost 1,000yds around 9yds a carry.
Stephen has over 500yds well over 10yds per carry. One's up the middle the other sweeps around the corner.

You guys had nothing to do with Pisgah winning.You have not played anyone with a winning record.MH will beat you again and we would if you played us.Next year we have two open dates .So call us, instead of playing the bottom teams in Mountain six.
It's at MH this year. But I would think right now Mitchell coaches are more concentrated on the Owen game at Owen next week.
We can find out next year.I believe I would be more worried about scoring on MH. They have a pretty good defense.
I'm thinking the same thing. Mitchell is loaded this year and they're at home so I'd give them the edge. Of course, I thought Heritage would beat Pisgah too. Shows what I know!
Mitchell better pack a lunch against MH. Their defense is as good as ours. Best LB crew we've faced so far, imo.
I could be wrong, but I think we have a full schedule next year. I believe we are adding a home and home with Pickens, SC. starting in 2020. We will still have, Murphy, MH, ER, THS, and Enka as well.

Well the start of conference is here with Smokey coming to our House on a 4 game winning streak like us. Said it before the season, twill be a good one. Smokey not as dominate as I had anticipated, Pisgah (after last week's shutout of #4) in a slightly better position than I had anticipated for our Bear's. Smokey has the slight edge on offense but even an elite offence can't match a superior defense. All we need is one point to take our first conference win on our way to our second consecutive conference title. Said it all year and it applies again in this game, mindset and fewer mistakes can determine the outcome of this game for both teams this time. Youth night in Canton means another good turnout for the Bear Nation which has a factor as well.

Hard to get the schedules to work out a lot of times. I would not expect Pickens to put up much of a fight. I don’t think they field a very good football team from what I’ve heard.
84, Pisgah has scrimmaged them this year and last year. They we're better this year than last year. They are building their program.
