Well, glad you ask Wood like, bucolic person...

The food was plentiful, like the Crimson adorned babes. (there were some hotties there, my goodness)
The beer was free and plenty of that too.

No, in all candor it was a great day. Overcast yet dry...about 65 degrees. Slight breezes out of the SW.
Was looking forward to seeing the late great Medic...but it was not to be.
He had the day off.
So I imagine he put on his Zorro outfit and watched the game on the tube like he did before he took up that profession.
I know Mike was there but we didn't run into him and his crew.
Not to mention we put a cold dog nasty on Taco Tech!

Good times!

The weather could not have been more perfect. A bit chilly, snot dripping a little from the nose, cloudy. My biggest disappointment when the weather cools down is no cleavage. Everything gets covered up in late October. However, considering the disproportionate number of porkers that were in attendance stuffing their faces, I'm glad they were covered up this time. But there were some gorgeous ones too, of course.

Tailgating was top shelf. Medic had the day off. Football was well, you know how that went. It took Fitty about 5 seconds to introduce himself to the cutie sitting next to him. I was proud.

Oh, I forgot, I stopped at that mini casino by Chandler to drain the main vein and get some coffee and took 84 bucks from that particular tribe on a 2 dollar Bourbon Street machine...BONUS!

Dang "ol buddy", that helped defray the bite outta your pocket to drive that heavy cruiser down and back on the pike. I'm jealous of course that I wasn't there laying out all the vibes that I could (that were sure to get us arrested or worse)

Funny how you forget your own timeline.
I was talking to that couple by us, 20 some odds about the cold game with OSU in November, 1974 and Joe Washington et al...

They looked at me like I was having a seizure.

iasooner! You rascal...my son?
Yous is krazie...

Yeah I'm sorry, just couldn't resist. (Had to make sure you had your tri-focals on).
I should be charged with an 'unsportsman like' hankie on that; if I would have made it a "younger brother" instead of son, merely a 5 yarder but NO I had to go for the gold there.

.

Wow! And I get kicked for watching the zombie apocolypse show?
My only thought was what a waste of bacon...

Actually, and uh, going all things factoid...you can process and eat the meat of a feral hog.
The trick is that they aren't stressed and frightened when they're put down.
Otherwise they emit a chemical into their muscle tissue that makes them taste bad and gamy.
A clean head shot will preclude that from happening.

Sounds like a lot of trouble that I wouldn't go through when I can go to Country Mart and buy a pretty tasty Cure 81 ham anytime I want...:p

If you soak the dressed carcass in whole milk for a day it takes the gamey taste away too.

Also, the small ones taste better. The big ones get nasty.

Watching that explosion, I'm laughing, thinking they probably don't have a lot of time to get stressed.
With the fire from the explosion, you could probably pick up the smoking pieces and eat them right there in the field. :D
