So, it's obvious the offense simply sucks, right? Feels like OL deja vu

After yesterday's game, it's plainly obvious sucks right? Disclaimer, I didn't see the game (took the family up the road a couple hours for pumpkin patch/corn maze etc all day and had a fantastic, mostly Gamecock-free time). However, it seemed every time I glanced at my phone, we were in 4th down. This is no longer a question of opinion or circumstances. I feel about Shula the way I did about Teasley in 2023. He just has to go, right? I know, I know...the OL is terrible, so who can really say if Shula's part of the problem or not? But, come on. Be realistic. How much better would the offense actually be if the OL were playing better. It's not like we'd go from scoring in the teens, or less, to scoring 30+ points.

I think it's an objective reality now that Shula has to go. We all know it was questionable hire to begin with, so this can't be a great shock.

That being the case, do we want Beamer making the hire for a new OC?

I think the team has quit on the season and Beamer.
Even just looking at the score on my phone yesterday, I came away with that very feeling. Was the play uninspired? Because that's how it felt looking at my phone.

Players know when they are playing futility and it has to be frustrating for them to go out and do the same stuff over and over again that they know has a 0% chance of being successful. It's impossible to keep them locked in and engaged in that situation.
