…with the amount of of talent on this team. There IS talent. Offensively we score between 10-20 points per game. What a shame.

I’m not so sure. That offensive line is absolutely abysmal. During our peak Spurrier years, we were putting OL in the NFL. Think the TJ Johnson years. Fast forward to now: any OL going to the NFL after this season? Absolutely f’ing not. Our center, albeit a backup, must have committed 5 false starts. He whiffed on so many blocks. It’s really hard to build any momentum when you lose 5-15 yards on first down (or even before the snap). For as much grief as we gave John Hunt and to a lesser extent, Shawn Elliot during those leaner years, they never assembled an offensive line as pitiful as the one we have right now.

I think many on this board aren’t even fully aware of the wealth of riches we have at WR right now. I mean ignoring the obvious in Harbour, a Spurrier led offense would eat with options like Brian Rowe and Mazeo Bennett at wideout. We are wasting so much talent.

He would sit Sellers, at least for a few plays, and let him see what's happening on the field.

Yes he would. 2nd string wouldn’t look like a deer in headlights either. He would develop depth on the lines too. I forget the stat but our d line starters have played among the most snaps in the league.

Spurrier himself had periods of offensive line issues and he didn't win 10 when those were going on. No one can, probably not in any league and certainly not in this one.

Sellers knows what's going on.He has no time to look for receivers they blitz on every play and 90% of the time no one picks them up and he's running for his life. I'm no X & 0s expert but looks like they could hold a couple of backs to block .

We did several times early. Lined up, rotated a tight end back and ran play action; worked well. Quit with it inexplicably. We ran the ball well, even with Faison; quit with it inexplicably. It’s like we can’t stand success, panic, and decide to let Superman win it for us because we’re scared to stay with things that are working. Or we draw a blank and say eff it. I don’t know what we’re thinking.

Your right R.B. runs eightty yards touchdown punished by sitting on bench rest of game, that stinks.
