Game 2 and the Stallions have the new wore off. Expect another (even better) game than against Dixon. But usually Croatan ain't Dixon. The Bulldogs were small and slow. Croatan will have a better showing. I dont take a whole lot from their game against Jacksonville. The score wasn't really that close as Croatan scored late in the game against probably 2nd/3rd team of the Cardnials.

Moore the SWO QB had a super night throwing the ball. And our running game was good behind a big line/ Hill at 6'5" and over 300 lbs is gonna only get better. The Soph. back is also gonna be a mainstay on both sides of the ball. With over 100 yds in the first half, 2 int. and a pick 6 another star Stallion in the making. D looked good but it was against a smaller/lighter O than what we will see Friday night. A good game and we will be on our way for the season.

How does SWO keep getting these Trask kids? Seems like a pipeline between Rocky Point and there developing.

Thats the second back from there. This kid played JV last year there. Listed at 6" 180 and only a Soph. With SWOs conditioning and weight program he will only get bigger/stronger and faster. Keep em coming.

BJ moved to the area and got behind that huge SWO line and may have set the single season Onslow County record for rushing yards. And he missed 2 games and was done by halftime in 4 or 5 games, due to the weak Coastal 8.

The other RB is from Richlands. Another product of the redistricting they seem to do yearly to get more people at Southwest. Dixon and Richlands have been screwed for years by redistricting or kids in their district just going to Southwest anyway. Welcome to the club, Trask.

Much of the same this friday night. Swo will run the ball down their throats all night long. Look for 2 backs over 100 yards. The big full back Hines 6 2 250 runs like a truck. Swo looked a lot better then I thought they would. We did commit a ton of penalties, have to control that going forward. Swo by 25+

So Richlands and Dixon wants to stay 3A and play with the Havelock, Jacksonville, and Northside?? lol. Meanwhile, Southwest has empty classrooms and is barely above 1A numbers. That is why counties redistrict, not because of football.

When they went to JHS a few years ago, when swo was down and had zero athletes, you weren't complaining. Come on man. Kids are leaving swo at the same rate their coming in. The big green boy at Richlands would be a monster at swo, but for understandable reasons he doesn't play at swo.

They redistrict because everyone wants to go to Dixon, Swansboro, and Richlands. Look at Jacksonville, we had to take from Richlands because we ran out of neighborhoods. All the new stuff is in Northside. Those schools grew way too fast, and will never be football schools to begin with.

Your right about one thing. They will never be football schools period. Hence why the football players go to swo, the 3rd highest winning percentage program in the entire state lol

The Hardin twins were in rare form Friday night, calling a ton of early season penalties on both Southwest and Dixon. Hey, UNC91 did you see that crap on the Blitz that happened to New Bern's star QB on the first touchdown Friday night against Rose? He dove into the end zone (with defenders close by) and got ejected!!! They had to finish up with a freshman QB.

Yea, im not knocking Southwest, or any of those schools. Im just saying it happens. Our whole damn baseball team pretty much went to Trexler, but redistricting has them in Red. I'll take it.

I did brother, one of the worst calls I've ever seen. Kid on swo rb 9 did the same thing on the highlight video posted on YouTube. Reallly changed the game for New Bern after that drive.
