I got my boys (SWO) pulling it out at the CORRAL.... I don't think Dempsey is gonna let these boys get overconfident from a week 2 win...... They'll be ready!!!!
And I would love for ktown to knock off ne, whom I'm guessing is the favorite.....

I think anything can happen in high school football come playoff time. Anyone who truly knows the game knows this to be true. Here is what afact not fiction. With 5 turnovers against a great team like Havelock Jacksonville had the ball with 5 mins left in the 4th driving down the field and could have taken the lead but turned the ball over and Havelock did what great teams do made them pay. So with that being said is it possible that the Cards can win? ... yes. They would have to play a mistake free game. Who thought Mallard Creek and Butler would be out? Who thought the Kinston team everyone seems to clown since the very first scrimmage would have beaten the Dark Horses? Remember before the season even started you had post about how that there was no way that Charlotte Catholic would lose a game this year? But before Jacksonville can think of Havelock they have to worry about Eastern Alamance. Just like SWO needs to worry about WRH this week it does not matter what happened in the beginning of the season. I can remember there was a time that everyone said I was out of my mind for saying that in a few years Jacksonville would be beating SWO on a consistent basis. Jacksonville will never beat Northside Jacksonville will never make the playoffs. We see how that has worked out. We as adults can come on here and express our opinions on this or that and who will do this or that. At the end of the day the young men on the field determines the outcome. So on any given Friday night any team can be beaten.

Who is we LoL your on the team or coaching? Calm down buddy JHS hopefully will win Friday and win the eastern finals. They are LONG OVER DUE. Been like 23 years since last play in state game
If Jacksonville don’t show up ready and focused it can easily be EA headed to the finals. Passing game is no **** legit. But they can’t stop the run which is the Cards strength. Pace and turnovers will determine the outcome I think. Can EA keep up with the fast break pace the Cards like to push. They score at anytime and real fast. What they don’t want to do is try and get into a track meet. Game over... right up Jacksonville’s alley. 2nd half most teams are worn out especially if they have key players going both ways. Cards can run for 4QT. All your skill guys are all track stars turn football players. Even our lineman fundamentally sound will trap the piss out of you and all strong as hell. Not the biggest but they can all run and not be tired in the second half where they wear you down. I will tell you this if SWO get some of those big boys on that line they got keep them strong but trim them up in the off season and make those big boys hit that track. There would be nothing in 2A that would come close to them. Evolve with the game and stop thinking that you can just overpower everyone with size. The game of football today is a speed game! I mean look at Havelock not the biggest team around sure here and there they had a couple of big kids come through the program but look at what Jim Bob did. Built everything around speed and strength. They would kill everyone because nobody could match their pace for 4 QT He took his overall best athlete for the most part and made them the QB except for the couple of years they had kids who can stand back there and throw it. They had so many fast athletes to throw to so you could kinda make anyone the QB those short bubble screens turn into 60 yard TD because their kids were just fast. Jacksonville done caught onto that with all of the athleticism they have all over the field now. Those slot receivers you can hit on the line they make one man miss and it’s off to the races. 3 backs including the QB if he tucks the ball and run he is gone 90% of the time. Anyone of the backs whether it’s a jet sweep or a straight handoff up the gut they make one guy miss and your looking at the back of their jersey. Same goes with havelock. There is nothing complicated with either offense. They have the kids who can execute it well you know it’s coming but there is nothing you can do to stop it. Teams know what SWO is going to do. They are going to line them big boys up and run right at you and see if you can take them big boys leaning on you for 4 Qts. Now it’s all a matter of if you can stop it. So this nonsense about you have to pass the ball inorder to win is ********. You can stake the box and if a team can still gash you for 8 -10 yards a carry why in the hell would you throw it?
We as in Jacksonville. My son is 10 when he hits the 9th grade more then likely I will return to coaching again. Until then I sit back and cheer on the kids. I help out those who seek advice in the off-season not only Jacksonville but Northside, White Oak and Richlands. For the life of me White Oak has some athletes all they need is the right coach and they will be a solid team. Richlands is up and coming. Football is starting to be important over there. The way that community is growing you will be hearing from them in a couple of years down the road they will be competitive. Can you just imagine if there was one Onslow county high school? Or Richlands, SWO,Jacksonville, Northside all went to one high school? Or imagine a Onslow Catholic? Where kids from anywhere in the county could enroll? Just imagine that. Onslow county would become title town.
Hats off to you brother. A lot of back n forth this year has kept the boards alive and fun. But in all serious, hope the cards can make a run and win Friday and upset Havelock. Respect what your doing for the kids at all the schools you listed above.
Spot on. SWO has won four titles, lining up and running the ball down your throat all night long. The line this year is huge compared to 2a football. Hope we come ready to play Friday, SWO should move on to the next round. Can't wait

Clinton choked. Why do you keep bringing that up dude. Do you even follow the game? Clinton 1st and goal.at the 3 and couldn't score. False start (12 in the game I believe) and failed to score. Over looked Kinston IMO and that hurt them. First year coach, over achieved all year. Just wasn't their time. Now SWO on the other hand HUGE line and huge fullback and quick QB and RB will be different animal. See your new to this football world I guess dude. Win a title then u can come here bragging. How about yall keep our team out of it...we lost the game made some costly mistakes especially at the end Kinston was a better team than most including some really knowledgeable football guys gave them credit.....read some stuff on the other site im assuming it was you cause the comment looks about the same stop acting like Clinton just got walked over it was a close game for pretty much the whole game...im proud of what we accomplished this year with a all new staff pretty much picked to not contend and we turned that around and had a fine season.....i said it before you NE guys get all bent out of shape if someone disrespects your program....well take your own advice.....Good luck to all Friday Night
Lol, okay. We won't be overlooking Kinston like everyone else. They were 11-0 going into your game last week for a reason. They are a good team and even their coach chimed in about about what people were writing on social media about them. That would be the ECC fans he was referring to. He said they said Kinston was the most overrated 11-0 team in the state. Northeastern posters sure weren't saying anything, it mostly came from the "smashmouth" football programs down south. You know, where they play "big boy" football. Everyone knows Northeastern and Kinston don't, we are frauds benefiting from playing weak schedules and getting to play most of our playoff games at home
All im saying is you wanna go back and forth with the SWO guys ok whatever do you....leave my team out of it no one over here said nothing disrespectful about NE i believe i said once the playoffs began it ran thru NE.....we lost a close game to a good team bottom line done with over
You got upset because I quoted a post that 1SWO1 posted on another site. I not once said anything disrespecting Clinton. I do have beef with him as well I should. I called him out on his post, that was it. Feel free to look thru all my posts over the last 3 weeks, I guarantee you cant find anything negative I've said about Clinton. Truth is I actually give you guys a ton of respect and said I was more worried about playing Clinton than anyone else. After all this it really doesn't matter because tomorrow night THE DOGS GONNA RUN IT UP!!!! You can lock it up WRH wins by 17.

Yes cause I played ball there my two sons played ball there. The dude saying we is from another state never played a down of ball there, no ties to.the program just a bandwagon fan. He just must to the area from Texas a few years ago. But thanks for wondering
