That Targeting call in the Miami game was pathetic.

NCAA needs to toss the rule into the trash.

I didn't see that one, but a rule I would like to see is clotheslining a player in the neck to tackle them should be a personal foul. If the horse collar is a foul then this should be as well. Both could cause serious injury to the player. We had that happen twice to us and I think we did it once to them as well. Anything above the pads and not just the helmet should be called.

Whats amazing is they review these calls and still get it wrong almost every time. The rule is BS.

We have to stop using slow mo replays to determine if a guy was targeting. Why is it the DB's fault for an errant pass or a ball thrown in traffic? To me it looked like a clean hit. There's not really much else he could've done except go low, but then our topic would be about Miami players ending seasons by going for knees. It's a good rule, you want to project players but very often the defender gets screwed.
