if he was joking - it wasn't funny that he continued his joke over and over and over.

if he was serious - then he is just stupid.

It would be stupid for us to burn his redshirt for one game. Ark D looks terrible. If Dak was the difference maker to win this game we would have burned it along time ago.

At least he didn't come off as a real poster to me. Just didn't seem like authentic stupidity.

He actually looks pretty smart, definitely accomplished his goal. Posted something absolutely ludicrous and got this place in an uproar. Turned out to be pretty funny.

I mean pretending to be something you are not and expressing an outlandish opinion.

Is this your first time on the internet because it would seem as if you've never seen a troll before. Let me fill you in a few key indicators that can help you spot a troll.

1) They post something completely stupid, borderline insane even.
2) Once the uproar has begun, they continuously and purposely contradict themselves to propagate the communities outrage.
3) They continue to incite the community until the thread is locked or until theyreach a sort oftroll climax.

As a regular lurker, it was pretty clear to me from the beginning that IWasWayOff was trolling, and he played many of you like a fiddle.

to me - that's not funny.

Anyway - continue on. We are discussing something trivial. We have more important things to discuss - like QB play and other world altering events.

But he was trying a little too hard at times. I'll admit the original post had me thinking he must wear velcro shoes. Took a few replies for me to realizing he was trolling.

We are all very thankful that you gravedigger, if that is your real name, took the time to give us a phrase by phrase breakdown of one of his posts in red type.

Took a lot of balls and even more time for a person to do that.

Oh wait, you helped him accomplish his goal, never mind.

to do but call him out and now he's gone, best lunch hour in awhile. Hope he comes back under another name and starts it all over again (which I'm sure he will if he hasn't already) . I feel much better having engaged him rather than sitting back being a timid little lurker saying "hah hah, he's a troll, look at those idiots getting played like a fiddle" and then running back later talking about how smart I was not to have participated.

sounds like a real fart. Might even fool some folks.

In the end, it's just juvinile. Cute, but juvinile.

I suspect other 9 year olds cannot fathom why everyone doesnt think it funny as they do.

He used the "secret weapon" claim referring to Arceto. I added to the fire by trying to compare his theory to Tebow, because i figured if you mention Tebow for any reason people will go crazy. Although I thought my post would be taken as an obvious joke, someone was there to scoop it up and call me an idiot. There was obviously no correlation between the theory of playing Dak and Tebow with Denver. Writing a paragraph to call me an idiot just proved the point of the original poster.<div>
</div><div>He even through in an Office reference with the shouting bankruptcy. It shouldn't have been this difficult to pick up on.</div>

That's probably why it was hilarious to me. Although it was obvious he was trolling, it was a bit harder to tell who was just feeding the troll and who was seriously trying to fight him. With that said... my favorite part was probably Dawgebag calling him douche breath. That has officially been added to my bag of insults. I thank you sir. Mad I never thought of it or anything similar myself.
