Saw this on Twitter today...

"Some very sad news to report this morning. Former Schaumburg Head Football Coach Tom Cerasani Sr. passed away this morning at the age of 69. Cerasani served as head coach from 1984-2004 and @ Palatine in 1982-83."

FYI, he is the father of Leyden HC Tom Cerasani Jr.

He was a D-back coach for Schaumburg when I knew him, and he would bring a very young and energetic Tom Jr. to our practices and games....sad. Great guy.

Condolences to his family and friends.
