The Central MS MSU Alumni Association is putting on the True Maroon Golf Tournament this summer on Friday, August 21st at Whisper Lake in Madison. We’re trying to get a big group out there to help raise scholarship money for local students heading to Starkville.
It’s a 4-man scramble and we've got some good stuff lined up for players:

It’s a 4-man scramble and we've got some good stuff lined up for players:
- The Swag: Entry is $550 per team, but every player gets a gift bag worth over $200. The gear alone makes it worth the entry fee.
- The Stakes: Over $1,000 in prizes for the top three teams, plus the usual longest drive and closest-to-the-pin stuff.
- The Help: We’ll have a Long Drive Pro on one of the holes to help your team’s score.
- The Food and Drinks: Lunch starts at 11:00 AM, and we’ll have beer, water, and snacks provided throughout the entire tournament. Shotgun start is at 1:00 PM.
