In Sttoops 4th year we are having to play a juco qb with no other p5 offers. His backup is frigging walk on

We give elite Bama wideouts a damn 10 yard cushion

We have lost to damn South Miss

Damn New mexico comes in here and hangs 35 points on our *** in the first half

Stoopps in his 4th year has to fight like hell to beat a depleted south carolina with sorry *** Mushamp in his first year

western ky gave Bama a better game than we have

It takes 3 damn years for stoops to realize his bff sux as a Dc

in his 4th year 4TH YEAR we're praying he makes a bowl game when there are 500 bowl games out there

but go ahead mitch and bring this clown show back next season. maybe dawson gets another job before we go to south miss next year lol

I still think we're terrible and Stoops has been a failure, but you can't make any judgements off this game. I've always said my expectation isn't to compete with Bama at this point, and probably never. But we damn well should be able to beat teams like Southern Miss at home.

That being said, I thought the effort was good tonight. I didn't see any quit out there with the exception of Kemp when Bama returned the fumble for a TD.

The season is all about these middle of schedule games..>Vandy, Miss St, Mizzou and Austin Peay...have to sweep them as I can't see UK beating UGA, UT or UL.

But this squad just looks bad as all I can say. Outside of our running game...there isn't one facet of the entire team that is average.

- We turn it over at a crazy pace
- Not going to pass it around
- Can't pass block at the tackle spot again for a 4th straight year
- Can't really stop the run...even though improving
- Can't really rush the passer well but not awful with Ware. Allen has really fallen off.
- DBs are way overrated...Westry is a mess at the boundary CB...Baity is our only legit CD
- Special teams aren't a mess like last year...but not a spot we make plays at either.

We'll go 4-8 this year looking at this squad. We'll wiin one more SEC game and Austin Peay...and will be hammered by 3 or more TDs 3 more times. Great job Mitch!

I am glad they kept it respectable. 34-6 against the #1 program for the last 10 years is as best as I could have expected for a road game. D played pretty well, O was marginal, special teams did well. Give the team credit - they were not embarrassed to the tune of 56-0.

PS: Vegas won a TON of money on bettors. Saw a post where 95% of bettors expects Bama to cover the 35 point line.

lets all go over to the kent st board and make fun of them

Yeah!!! If we hadn't squandered all our opportunities we would have won this game. We are bigger, faster and stronger than Bama. The team flat out quit.

Shutz - sarcasm noted and, if Johnson had not fumbled twice, that might have meant a 10 point difference. No, UK would not have won, but it would have been a bit more respectable... maybe 28-9?

We have some of the most ignorant fans in all of sports. No wonder Clay Travis makes fun of this fan base at every opportunity. Yeehaw! Only got our *** kicked by 28! The season is bright. Let's hope we get to 6 wins. Yeehaw!

There's plenty of reasons to be pissed about our football program but tonight isn't one of them. The next three games will probably go a long way in determining the fate of Mark Stoops I'm willing to bet. All of them are very winnable and I'm still pulling for this team every game. If Stoops can get this team to 6 wins and a bowl game I think he deserves to be back next year. Anything less than that then it's time for a new coach imo.

What is really disturbing is how often Landon Young got bull dozed over by Alabama lineman. Yea he's a Freshmen, but to consistently get put on your *** just about every play, one of our best recruits didn';t play that way. During the summer reports at the camps said he handled the best defensive linemen in the country. But to see replays of him being abused is troubling, guess when you come to Kentucky you get stupid. Yeah I know he is a freshman going up against senior lineman, but every dam replay he was on his butt.

Knew we were gonna lose. But, this idiot feels as if we have Joe Staley starting left tackle for us. He's an 18 year old true freshman going against the best team in the country. And held his own

In Stoops' year 4, there is not ONE unit that is better than it was in Stoops' Year 1. Not a one...
