0%. That 17ing moron has given me no reason to think he will ever succeed here.
Yea, Lebby hasn't even sniffed ZA defensive numbers with 2 full seasons in the books (and we sent ZA packing with two games left on the schedule).
Selmon sure was committed to moving the program forward to the "highest level of success" in 2023. Wonder what changed other than the fact the he has to admit that he's wrong ....twice?

Right now, it's probably 50-50 he stays or goes but depending on his defensive staff and portal haul those odds could improve or get worse.

I am expecting a lot $$$ spend on OL & DL and some WRs, if they don't come... he will not make it. I could drop down as low as 10% chance of staying and as high as 70 or even 80% if we get some nice pieces and good defensive coaching staff.
