when He lined up for the field goal? Normally it's always a bad snap in the past or it gets blocked I've seen it too many times...

I was thrilled that the doofus announcer made mcginnis go back onto the field and show everybody how he kicked the ball.
Who is that guy?

Once they hit the pass inside the 35, I knew we had a chance, wasn't sure we would make it, but knew McGinniss had the leg to get it there. Was obviously worried about the blocked kick or a bad snap, but thought he might make it.

I actually was waiting for us to forget to call a timeout and not even get a chance. Clock management has been an issue at times under Stoops. Thankfully this wasn't one of those times.

There were only 62 ticks left on the clock when Kentucky got the ball at their own 20 yard line. Trailing by one with three timeouts, Boom Williams told Austin MacGinnis, “We’re going to give you a chance. We believe in you.”

Special year going folks.

Agree. Congrats to the 'Cats on pulling out the victory. I have to admit, I didn't think there would even be a chance at a FG, because that last drive demonstrated some of the worst clock management I've seen in a college football game in over 50 years.

My concern was getting into position to take a shot at a field goal. Once that happened, I had a good feeling about making it.

I also thought, we will probably get called for being off sides. So the FG would be a 56 yarder instead of a 51 yard attempt. And it probably fall a foot short. As a UK fan i've seen it so many times over the years.

AM said he was cramping in his calf during the kick and both calves after the kick.

I get quads maybe but calves? How is that possible? Am I missing something?

There's something I don't get... why didn't Mullen call a timeout to ice the kicker?

That's the other thing I was thinking. Kept expecting them to blow the whistle for a timeout.

Maybe he was afraid he would give us a free practice kick? Lot of times, if the whistle blows late the kicker kicks it anyway.

I went from cussing the horrible clock management, to jumping up and down in my living room in a few short seconds. Great finish, so proud our guys didn't give up.

I was happy because the WR went to the ground in a spot that allowed the kicker to be lined up perfectly dead center.

I don't remember I was so drunk. After MSU returned the fumble for a TD I made a bourbon drink that was pretty much all bourbon. I wish they would replay the game so I could watch the 4th quarter sober.

You won't believe it, I've watched it twice now and I'm still scared something is going to change. LOL

I actually felt good about it...he's an excellent kicker and other than the one off the uprights, he'd been hitting it well all game.
