to proclaim that USM could hang with Alabama and LSU if they played them this year? I damn near wrecked when I heard that one....

..instead of the radio hosts laughing the USM idiot off the air, they acted like he had a legitimate point.


So they seriously discussed how USM might beat Bama or LSU this year.


Word to any sports radio hosts that might be reading this:


Sports talk radio is not political talk radio where you are obligated to pander to every outlandish, nutcase phone call you get.


You are dealing with sports. That means the guy who calls up claiming USM could hang with LSU &/or Bama this year should be immediately subjected to as many wacky morning zoo noises you can conjure.
