I will do Hulu +live tv free trial for the weekend I guess.
I’ve almost had it with the YouTubeTV price increases and their disrupting disputes with the programmers.

In this instance, we can go to the ESPN streaming app and use our cable TV provider’s log-on info to view the games — completely circumventing YTTV.

Well, I would not recommend Hulu. The interface is TERRIBLE.

It takes forever to change a channel, and thats after their weak navigation system. They have a "recent channels" function, but it wont save the UF-UGA game for some reason, and I have to navigate back to the home page to select it.

Oh, and I need to scroll past the Spanish broadcast and the sky cam broadcast each time to get to the regular channel.

Changing channels just stinks.

Whoever designed this should be fired.
Apparently (according some folks on Reddit) Disney is working on integrating Hulu into Disney+ and refuses to put any money into Hulu. They also fired most of the Hulu software engineers. I didn't think designing a new interface would that difficult.

ya’ll can not begin to comprehend the level of **** I could give… these companies are doing nothing but squeezing our pockets for every dime they can and as long as we keep paying they will continue to jack up the price. So I’ll just watch something else. Each his own!
YT has over 10 million subscribers and charge $89.00 per month…. You do the math

You mean until Disney gets their crap straight. If YTTV gives in you will likely see the monthly rates increase with the next payment.
I really don't care whose crap it is, I just know YT is always pulling channels over payment disputes, and it is getting old. Just keep my TV running and let me decide if I want to keep paying the cost or not. Sick of losing channels the day before an event.

I'm using the Fubo free trial. I liked it at first. But if I thought YTTV took a long time to change channels this takes 2-2.5 X as long. Then the freezes started. I have plenty of fiber optic bandwidth.

I think ESPN is demanding something YT cannot accept without passing on another significant price increase. ESPN doesn't want a deal. They want to force everyone on their over-priced ESPN Unlimited that gives you nothing but ESPN channels and you still need an app that provides some diversity in programming.

ESPN App has been having connection issues all day. I have good internet and don’t have issues with other apps.

Just wanted to stop in and vent again. Hulu TV sucks worse than Shula.

That is all.

ESPN/Disney is trying to force YT to basically fold the ESPN app into YT at a higher cost for subscribers.YT trying to hold the line on subscriber cost I’m sure for selfish reasons.

Must be why there are so many shows on that couldn't have much of an audience. I saw a housewives show the other day with nothing but unattractive overweight women. Who watches that?
What channel was that? Asking for a friend

Just checked. Yes, it is. Per wikipedia: "Sold to the Walt Disney Company and merger with Hulu's Live TV service."

I purchased the Disney/Hulu/ESPN package through AMEX yesterday, (AMEX will credit you 10 $ per month)
So the ESPN+ is serviceable at best. I may watch a couple of movies on Disney, but as soon as the dispute is over I'm cancelling.

My main complaint with ESPN+ is although you can select a predetermined multi view presentation, there is no easy away to just toggle between 2 or more different games if they are not on the multi view.
