Auburn offers in-state 4-star EDGE Sterling Dixon
Mobile (Ala.) Mobile Christian School four-star EDGE Sterling Dixon has picked up an in-state offer from Auburn.
He is the No. 195 overall recruit in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the ninth-ranked recruit from the state of Alabama.
“He is a former teammate of Bama’s Deontae Lawson and is a similar player at the same stage,” BamaBCS’ Jimmy Stein said. “He projects as the modern position-less defender who can run, cover and rush the passer.”
He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $6.1k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
