Georgia trending for 2025 4-star EDGE Isaiah Gibson
After sealing the nation’s best recruiting class for the 2024 cycle, Kirby Smart and his staff are off to a hot start for 2025. The ‘Dawgs rank No. 3 in the 2025 On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings, and are currently trending in the recruitments of a number of top prospects.
One such prospect is Warner Robins (Ga.) four-star EDGE Isaiah Gibson. Gibson is the nation’s No. 176 overall prospect and No. 16 edge rusher in the 2025 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 24 recruit in Georgia.
Georgia leads with a 93.3% chance to land Gibson, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. Bulldogs recruiting insider Jeremy Johnson has logged an expert prediction with a 55% confidence level that Gibson will choose the Red and Black.
According to DawgsHQ, Gibson was on campus this past weekend for Georgia’s Junior Day and is expected back on campus in the spring and summer.

“It was an amazing experience, to be honest,” Gibson told DawgsHQ. “I loved everything about the coaching staff and the facilities. What really stood out to me the most was the coaching staff… Georgia has always been high on my list ever since I got the offer.”
Gibson said he feels that Georgia makes him a priority in this class.
“I feel amazing about them,” Gibson said. “They’ve made me a top priority to their program. Georgia is a top priority in my recruitment…That shows me how much Georgia actually has love for me. Georgia is a top recruiting school in the country. They’re going to try and get the best players and they’re going to try and get who fits well with their scheme.”
Georgia ranks No. 3 in 2025 cycle
Georgia currently holds commitments from six prospects in the 2025 cycle: Manchester (Ga.) five-star defensive lineman Justus Terry, Folkston (Ga.) Camden County four-star tight end Elyiss Williams, Buford (Ga.) four-star linebacker Jadon Perlotte, Alpharetta (Ga.) four-star tight end Ethan Barbour, Cedartown (Ga.) four-star cornerback Tae Harris and Ellenwood (Ga.) Cedar Grove three-star running back Bo Walker.
