Kansas State's Baye Fall plans to enter the NCAA Transfer Portal

Baye Fall, a former top-thirty recruit, has spent a pair of seasons at two programs in college. He’ll now be making that three programs in three with the news of his intentions today.
Fall plans to enter his name into the NCAA Transfer Portal, On3 has learned. That comes per sources for both of Joe Tipton and Jamie Shaw on Monday.
Fall has been with Arkansas and Kansas State over his two collegiate years. In only 13 appearances with the Razorbacks and Wildcats, Fall has averaged 1.3 points (60% FG) and 1.4 rebounds in 5.4 minutes per game. That stat line slightly improved this season as a sophomore at K-State with averages of 2.5 points and 1.5 rebounds in 6.3 minutes per game but in just four total appearances.
Fall, a native of Dakar, Senegal who ended up in Denver, was formerly the No. 30 overall recruit as a four-star prospect in the 2023 cycle. He also rated as the No. 5 PF in the class and the No. 1 player out of Colorado. That’s according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He then arrived in Fayetteville as the top signee for the final class under Eric Musselman.

Per the latest update to On3’s Industry Ranking of 2025’s Top Transfer Portal Players, Fall is No. 211 overall as the No. 48 PF. Now, in the portal again, Fall is one of six transfer entries, among three who announced today, in this cycle for K-State. He, along with Ugonna Onyenso and Dug McDaniel announced intentions to transfer today in joining Brendan Hausen, who himself committed today to Iowa, along with Macaleab Rich and Achor Achor.
Fall has seen limited action through two collegiate seasons at his pair of programs. He’ll now be hoping for more opportunity at his third with these plans to enter himself back into the portal.
