Silsbee (Texas) four-star athlete Dre’lon Miller received an offer from Kansas State on Wednesday. He announced the news on social media.

Miller is the No. 97 overall prospect and No. 6 athlete in the 2024 On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 17 player in Texas.

The 6-foot-0, 200 pound prospect has received 15 offers. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction MachineTexas A&M is leading for his commitment at 47.6%. Texas has the next-best odds at 28.2%.

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

Kansas State’s 2024 recruiting class currently contains no commitments. Meanwhile, the Wildcats’ 2023 class has 18 pledges and ranks No. 49 in the 2023 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings, as well as No. 8 in the Big 12.

Miller has an On3 NIL Valuation of $82K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

Miller shined at Overtime’s OT7 seven-on-seven league

Some of the best players in the country participated in Overtime’s OT7 seven-on-seven league in June. One of the players who stood out in Las Vegas was Miller.

He was named a member of Sam Speigelman’s OT7 starting 7.

“Miller, an On300 athlete out of East Texas, checks in at 6-foot-1 and 200 pounds and has a similar build and skill-set to San Francisco 49ers stud Deebo Samuel,” Spiegelman wrote. “The Silsbee (Texas) four-star is likely slotted to see action on offense and is not only built for contact, but is sound and incredibly smooth, not to mention he can accelerate in a hurry…”
