Nashville (Tenn.) Lipscomb Academy four-star cornerback Kaleb Beasley is visiting LSU this weekend for the Tigers’ SEC home-opener against Mississippi State. He announced the news over social media.

Beasley is the No. 195 overall prospect and No. 22 cornerback in the 2024 On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 3 player in Tennessee.

The 6-foot-0.5, 180 pound prospect was last in Baton Rouge on June 16 for an unofficial visit. He also participated in the Tigers’ elite skills camp in June. Beasley’s upcoming visit is his first one since a June 25 unofficial to Alabama.

LSU is one of Beasley’s top schools alongside AuburnClemsonFloridaGeorgia, Miami, MichiganNotre DameOklahomaPenn State and Tennessee. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, the Fighting Irish have a commanding lead for his commitment at 82.7%.

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

Beasley spoke with On3’s Mike Singer in August about how Notre Dame is recruiting him.

“It’s going really well,” Beasley told Singer. “I just talked to them before my game with my dad. The relationship is great with (cornerbacks) coach (Mike) Mickens, (defensive backs) coach (Chris) O’Leary and (head) coach (Marcus) Freeman. It’s been great.

“We were talking about my upcoming game and they told me they wanted me to call them after it, too.”

Beasley has an On3 NIL Valuation of $21K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
