Ike Brown is back in college football, serving as an Associate Development Coach for Brian Kelly and LSU. Getting LSU players in the right condition is the goal for the upcoming 2022 season but until then, he can have some fun.

During a recent workout, Brown showed off some of the insane balance he has with a workout routine. While putting pressure on his wrists, the LSU coach was able to pull himself up and move around. His elbows were fully extended as well, proving to be quite an amazing move.

The players were just as shocked, reacting in the background. It seems as if they expected the move to hurt but Brown seems more than fine doing it over and over.

You can check out the full clip here.

While this move may have only been displayed on a TikTok, Brown may have the chance to showcase it more often once all the players are back together for fall camp. Even if not, somebody was able to capture it on video so the rest of the world can see. A truly amazing move from Brown.

LSU linebacker Mike Jones Jr. gives impression of strength staff

Rapidly approaching his second season with the LSU Tigers, former Clemson linebacker Mike Jones Jr. is primed for a larger role with the defense. On the Bengal Tiger podcast with Billy Embody, Jones shared how Brian Kelly’s strength staff is different from the ones he worked with at Clemson and under Ed Orgeron.

“Coach (Jake) Flint’s awesome,” Jones said. “He always brings the energy. He’s very intentional about our exercises. The whole staff is really great. Love those guys a lot. They’re going to be a big reason why we play well this year. They focus on accountability.”

“Off the field is one of the most important things since you know, you can only be in the weight room a certain amount of time,” Jones continued. “They make sure guys are taking their vitamins, eating their meals. They’re really focused on guys doing the little things. Making sure that we know that we’re in a position to get all our stuff done every day, that’s really what I think is the biggest difference between them and the staff I’ve had the previous years.”
