Miami Hurricanes’ guard Isaiah Wong appears to be rounding back into form in Tuesday night’s matchup against the Hurricanes’ in-state rival Florida State. Wong has been battling a sinus infection recently that has affected his play over the past few games. However, that is not the case against Florida State. Wong and the Hurricanes have been in control of this game since the opening tip. And in the second half, with Miami in front by more than 20 points, the junior guard drained this deep 3-point shot from the Seminoles logo.
What makes the shot even more impressive by Wong is it came over Florida states 7-foot-4 big man Naheem McLeod. McLeod did an excellent job contesting the shot. Still, Wong’s range and shot-making ability were just too much for the Seminoles sophomore on this play.
