Missouri offers 4-star offensive lineman Markis Deal
Missouri has extended an offer to Garland (Texas) Naaman Forest four-star interior offensive lineman Markis Deal.
Deal ranks as the No. 85 prospect in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
On3 rates Deal as the No. 28 overall recruit in the 2023 On3 ranking. He is the second-highest rated interior offensive lineman behind Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy five-star lineman Francis Mauigoa and the second-best player from Texas behind Allen (Texas) High five-star defensive lineman David Hicks.
Deal recently told On3’s Sam Spiegelman that he is looking to take the next step in his recruitment and figure out the schools that are his top contenders.
“I got to figure out official visits and figure out a top five. I’ll go see them and make a decision before the season starts,” Deal said.
He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $109k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
