NC State hires Arkansas State's Matt Wilson as director of player personnel
NC State has hired Arkansas State assistant athletic director for player personnel Matt Wilson as the team’s director of player personnel, according to On3’s Matt Zenitz.
Wilson has spent the past two seasons with the Red Wolves in the assistant director role. Prior to his time in Arkansas, Wilson spent three seasons as the director of football personnel for Mississippi State.
Wilson has also worked at Indiana and Tennessee.
Arkansas State has been led by former Cincinnati and Tennessee head coach Butch Jones for the past two seasons. The Red Wolves are 5-19 over those two seasons with Jones and Wilson on staff.
