North Carolina refutes report that Jordon Hudson is banned from football facility

North Carolina has responded to Friday morning’s report from former ESPN commentator Pablo Torre that Bill Belichick‘s 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, is banned from the Tar Heels football complex. The UNC athletic department released a statement outright refuting Torre’s report, according to On3’s Pete Nakos.
“While Jordon Hudson is not an employee at the University or Carolina Athletics, she is welcome to the Carolina Football facilities,” the statement read, per Nakos. “Jordon will continue to manage all activities related to Coach Belichick’s personal brand outside of his responsibilities for Carolina Football and the University.”
Earlier Friday, Torre revealed decision-makers within the UNC athletic department have banned Hudson from the football facility. Torre also added that Belichick’s family “is extraordinarily concerned” about the impact Hudson has already had on his “legacy, reputation — everything he has built and worked for over decades,” citing nearly a dozen sources connected to Belichick.
“Two sources at the University of North Carolina tell me that there has been a decision made last week, by the higher ups inside the athletic department that hired Bill Belichick to be the highest-paid public employee, not just coach, in the state of North Carolina, at $10 million a year. That decision was that Jordon Hudson is no longer allowed in the football building,” Torre revealed on the Friday episode of his podcast Pablo Torre Finds Out. “She’s not allowed on the football field. Quote, ‘Don’t think you’ll be hearing much from Jordon moving forward.’”
That was certainly a stunning revelation, but shouldn’t necessarily be surprising given the growing media scrutiny on the 73-year-old Belichick’s personal and professional relationship with Hudson, who is 49 years his junior. Over the last few months, Hudson has adopted a greater role in and around Belichick, effectively serving as the six-time Super Bowl champion coach’s personal PR representative. A recent report in The Athletic revealed Hudson’s email signature identified her as the chief operating officer (COO) of Belichick Productions, though no applicable business is registered under that name.
Hudson’s involvement in Belichick’s public life became a national talking point in the wake of a disastrous recent interview with CBS Sunday Morning in which Hudson exerted undue influence. The interview, which was intended to promote Belichick’s upcoming memoir, “The Art of Winning: Lessons from My Life in Football,” reportedly went off the rails when Hudson allegedly stormed off the set, delaying shooting for 30 minutes, according to a report from TMZ. Over the subsequent weeks, multiple additional stories have emerged that shed light on Hudson’s growing influence on Belichick.
That has included Hudson allegedly forcing her way onto the set of Dunkin’ Donuts’ Super Bowl commercial that also starred Belichick and famous actors Ben and Casey Affleck. Torre previously revealed in February that Hudson was acting like Belichick’s “de facto agent” prior to Super Bowl LIX.
“She’s the person who you need to go through to book Bill Belichick for a Super Bowl commercial or for the other commitments he has as a multi-platform personality,” Torre said in February. “She’s the gateway.”

Report: Bill Belichick’s family ‘extraordinarily concerned’ over relationship with Jordon Hudson
Bill Belichick’s family has reportedly grown “extraordinarily concerned” over his relationship with girlfriend Jordon Hudson, according to former ESPN analyst Pablo Torre of Pablo Torre Finds Out. There’s “deep worry for how detrimental” Hudson can be for Belichick’s legacy and reputation.
“Bill Belichick’s family is extraordinarily concerned about what has transpired,” Torre reported. “One Belichick family source told me, quote, ‘There is deep worry for how detrimental Jordan can be, for not just North Carolina, but Bill’s legacy, reputation — everything he has built and worked for over decades.’ In fact, the family has been digging into Jordan Hudson, as well.”
Scrutiny pertaining to Belichick and Hudson’s relationship grew in the public eye in light of a recent CBS interview about his book. Hudson decided to cut off questions about their relationship. Now, there’s been tension growing from every angle. It’s evident Belichick’s family is wondering exactly what’s going on.
Publicly, sports media figures like Colin Cowherd have been critical as well, comparing the relationship to Bitcoin. Netflix also trolled the relationship in a skit on Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney, and later Saturday Night Live got in on the action with their own skit joking about the relationship.
Additionally, one of Belichick’s former players, retired New England Patriots receiver Julian Edelman, described the relationship as “a distraction.”
“This is becoming a distraction,” Edelman said recently on The Herd. “We gotta practice what we preach here.”
