The Ohio State Buckeyes released a hype video via Twitter ahead of their game against Tulsa on Saturday. The Buckeyes are looking to get back in the win column after dropping a game to Oregon, 35-28, this past week.

The video features a voiceover from OSU coach Ryan Day, who uses the pain of last week’s loss to motivate his team.

“When you lose, you find out about people,” Day said. “You start to see who they really are. That’s good, I like that in life. We’re gonna find out who’s with us. Who the leaders are and who has real character out here. We’re gonna fight to see another day.”

The No. 9 Buckeyes could use a bit of a break after tough games against Minnesota and the Ducks. Tulsa has yet to win a game this season and fell to FCS school UC Davis in Week 1. It’s important not to overlook the Golden Hurricane, but this is a game Ohio State should win comfortably.

C.J. Stroud finished with 484 yards passing and three touchdowns this past week, but it wasn’t enough. Oregon dominated on the ground as running back C.J. Verdell recorded 161 yards rushing and two touchdowns.

The defense will hope to do a better job containing the run against Tulsa. Running back Deneric Price has been their best offensive weapon this season. He has 213 yards and is averaging 7.1 yards per carry.

Ohio State now begins its climb back up the rankings. The Big Ten championship is still within reach, and hope of making the College Football Playoff is not yet lost either. However, there is no more room for error. The Buckeyes essentially must go undefeated from here on to give themselves the best chance.

That starts Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET in Columbus. Thanks to this motivational hype video, Ohio State fans and players alike should come energized.
